Ordering
When you purchase an item from our website, you will receive emails from I Do...Gifts.The first will be your order confirmation, the second will be an email telling you that your order is being processed and the third will let you know that your order has beeen dispatched.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery which usually means delivery within two working days. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following working day, orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed on Monday, bank holiday orders will be processed the next working day.

All orders are processed via a secure server (SSL) your credit card details are not known by I Do...Gifts at any time.
Privacy Policy
All specific visitor information collected on this site is for internal purposes only and is not shared with, or sold to any outside party. At I Do...Gifts we value and respect your trust and privacy and will only use the personal information that you supply us with when using our website.
When you place an order you can register your details to help with a speedy checkout in future. You can also specify a different delivery address from billing address (helpful if you're sending a gift straight to the recipient!)
This enables us to process your orders efficiently and to improve the products and service that we are offering. We may use this information to inform you of any new products or special offers that we think may be of interest to you or about changes to our website. Please email us if you do not want us to send you this information.

Payment
Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Debit Cards, Maestro, Delta, Solo, Visa and MasterCard Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is dispatched. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of the payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to I Do...Gifts, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise.
We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you. Risk in the merchandise transfers to you upon delivery.
Prices
All prices are correct at the time of entering information. I Do...Gifts reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Warranties
I Do...Gifts is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. In such cases, we offer the returns facilities described below.
All goods supplied by I Do...Gifts are warranted to be generally free from defects in workmanship and materials and fit for the purpose for which such goods would normally be used. If you purchase goods in the course of your business, all other express or implied terms or warranties relating to the goods are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Subject to this, however, goods are not tested or sold as being fit for any particular or for use under specific conditions, unless expressly agreed in writing. All services provided by I Do...Gifts will be provided with reasonable skill and care and within a reasonable period. If you purchase services in the course of your business, all other express or implied terms or warranties relating to the services are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Subject to the right of consumers to return goods for refund under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. I Do...Gifts does not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering.
In the event that I Do...Gifts, at its discretion (unless the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations apply), agrees to accept the return for credit of unwanted products, the goods must be returned within the guidelines of the Returns Policy.
Returns
Should you wish to return anything purchased on our website, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resaleable condition, complete with original packaging and any tags or labels. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Simply send them back to us and include a note with your order number, contact telephone number, email address, the reason for return and whether you'd like a refund or replacement. (Postage costs will not be refunded).
For hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange earrings, cosmetic products, hair and body accessories unless proven faulty when purchased.
(Please note that refunds only apply to our online orders and not to purchases made in our shops.)
