Turn Around Times

All our products are hand made and will show a turn around time on their product pages and at checkout. 

Products have different turn around times from 5-20 working days. - this is dependant on the product, popularity and machines used.

Turn around means this is the time frame we give ourselves to make your personalised items. 
Our working days are Monday - Thursday and exclude public holidays and bank holidays. Any orders placed after 4pm start the working day the following business day (I.e if you place your order at 9pm your order won’t start processing until the following working day) 

We advice to wait until the last working day for your dispatch email. 

Delivery is 3-5 postal days from dispatch. Depending on the size of your order and location we use either APC courier or Royal Mail. 

If you select collection for your order, you will be notified once your order is complete and collections can be made Monday - Thursday 9:30-3pm. (We can be flexible if you can only collect of an evening) BEFORE you collect please let us know so we can make sure someone is at the unit. Sometimes we may be out at meetings or at shows setting up. 

If the turn around time does not suit when you require your order PLEASE DO NOT ORDER. As we cannot cancel orders once they’ve been processed.
