Refunds and Returns

Due to our products being custom made to your requirements, unless faulty or incorrect on our behalf items are non returnable. This is inline with Selling Regulation Laws. 

If an items you have received is faulty on delivery please get in touch with us within 24hours of your order being received and we will help as best we can, in most cases we will offer a free replacement. If a replacement is not available due to being out of stock we will offer a refund via your original payment method. 

We will request for the faulty product to be sent back to us before replacement or refund is made.
